In an interview with Oprah Winfrey broadcast this week, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made startling revelations describing why they felt they had to step away from the palace and their duties.
Among the most quoted portions of the interview where allegations made by Meghan that a senior member of the royals had 'concerns' about 'how dark' their son Archie's skin colour might be when he is born.
Ms McDonald also said there will be further revelations surrounding Prince Harry and Meghan's (pictured) interview with Oprah in the form of scandalous images emerging
'That was relayed to me from Harry from conversations that family had with him,' Meghan said.
When asked later about the exchange Prince Harry refused to reveal who he had been talking with saying: 'It is a conversation I'm never going to share'.
Ms McDonald said she believes there will be pictures emerging that shed a new light on the situation.
'I think in three weeks time there's going to be a few photos that I think are going to create a huge media sensation, that are going to spark a very, very strong public opinion.'
Ms McDonald said the images would have to do with a racial issue and highlight inappropriate behaviour.
She said the pictures would cause such media and political stir that a royal family member will be forced to make a very public speech addressing the issues.
'I think there's something quite significant about baby's looks. So there is something like a birthmark or something that's going to stand out, that's going to cause a sensation,' Ms McDonald said.
Prince William (pictured with Kate Middleton visiting a London school on Thursday) has responded to the controversy saying: 'We are not a racist family'
