Liu Caodong (born 1985, Chongqing), widely regarded as the "Rally Kid", the racer of Bailing Racing Team (Guizhou), two China Rally Champion (CRC) titles, was one of the best Chinese rally drivers.
At 3:00 a.m. on June 8th, 2011, after 18 days of emergency treatment, the motor-racing star faded away for a sudden cerebral edema caused by alcohol intoxication related hypoxia at his 26.

Impressed by elder racers and kynghidongduong.vn supplied by the whole family, the 17-year-old Liu made his debut in China Rally, driving a zebra painting Jetta.

At that time, Xu Lang, another popular racer, had won a lot of races. Liu was known by others in early few years then as a rider never ride a latest car, even in a wealthy team.

After the game, Liu focused on trying to convert his own racing car via the computers.
Then he employed a most experienced rally racer to improve his rally skills. Through years of hard working, Liu was finally standing top of China Rally.

In his middle school days abroad in New Zealand, Liu began to know and learn the high level rally, and Lạc Sơn Đại Phật grew into a young and skilled rally racer.

Started from a sensational 2004, to a flagging 2005, then to a reborn 2006, the young Chongqing fellow, who was understated, steady and serious when off the course, had raced a rough rally. He won the 2004, 2006 CRC championships in Group N and was awarded "Golden Steering Wheel Award" in 2007.
In the coming year, he won the second place in world rally.

On June 17, 2008, 32-year-old Xu Lang died in an accident in the rally, which caused an earthquake in China motor racing. Right before his upcoming third anniversary of death, Liu slipped away, too.

This is a great loss to China racing. As one of Liu's close friends, the other flagman in China rally, the young writer Han Han said he was "very sad and thinking about quitting" after hearing of the bad news.
